VictorDev Technologies Website

We at VictorDev are fully devoted to both our clients and the community.

We believe and follow an Actions Speak Louder Then Words methodology, not just in serving our clients but also our community. We feel so strongly about giving back to the community that we have implemented a policy and a separate division, VictorCare.

I formed VictorDev so I would have the freedom to adhere to my values, ethics and integrity in serving not just my clients but also the community. Victor
Care is just one of the many ways I express these values.

I encourage each team member to work a maximum 32 hour week and reserve the other 8 hours to contribute to our many non-profit endeavor. I am proud to say that all of our team members regard this as one of the many benefits of being part of the VictorDev family.

Our motivation is simple, we feel good about our quest to give back to the community and our clients should feel good and share this vision as well, our clients are the ones that make this undertaking possible.

We are working as hard as we can to reach our goal of 100% VictorDev profits going to our charitable initiatives.

All legal fees and other fees related to start-up have been funding by myself and my VictorDev business.

All financial information under the umbrella of VictorCare will be 100% transparent, right down to each individual donation, right on our website. All information needed to submit our yearly taxes will be available online.

Upon donating each donator will see THEIR exact donation posted to our website.

When we are large enough to have multiple charitable initiatives those who donate will be able to choose which charity exactly they wish to support with their donation. Our first program will be a mobile service that travels throughout San Diego county combating childhood hunger.

Every penny spent will be reflected on our website. Yearly tax filings and statements will be scanned in and posted. We have nothing to hide. Our accountant will gather all needed information for our tax returns via the same website our members have access too.

From a technical standpoint this is very easy to do, I can think of only one reason existing charities do not.

I stopped donating money to charities because I felt like I wasn’t helping anyone but the fat cat CEO’s who run them. I began to feel like the charities were set up with the only purpose being their top tier management to make huge salaries. Some of our most mainstream and largest charities yield their CEOs million dollar salaries.

We have been spending so much time assisting existing charities we have not created a separate website for VictorCare yet. We are working on a top-notch website for VictorCare.

Happiness Not Hunger

Our HNH program is our top priority!

The format is simple.

We will operate using slightly modified ice cream trucks right down to the recognizable cheerful music to mark our arrival; we deliver free food and happiness to needy areas and children.

Too many families do not have the means to travel to food banks and waiting in line for food can be a somber event for a child.

To start our meal plan will include: (approx $1.00 per person)

Cup-O-Noodle soup
Milk or juice
Seasonal fruit or applesauce
Gummy Bear Vitamin w. Calcium
Otter Pop, frozen treat
(sweetened with real fruit juice, a small token of frivolousness that will bring children great joy for about 5 cents a pop)

We will have potatoes or rice and beans in bulk. Very inexpensive stables that will allow us to stretch and maximize our funds. We will make changes and add variety according to availability of items within our budget.

Although San Diego County and most others already have food banks (click for banks in your area) many families simply do not have the means to visit them. Waiting in line to receive needed food from these wonderful organizations can be a somber event for a child as well.

Children who feel cared for by their communities especially if their experience is positive are much more likely to grow into successful adults who then give back to the community themselves.

Those who support charitable programs are rewarded with an empowering feeling of pride in actively affecting their community in a positive way. It is never too late to be a giver rather then a taker.

San Diego county where myself and other Board of Directors reside has been chosen as the first county to offer this service.

All needy / poverty stricken areas with children during their school breaks must be serviced. Many schools in the county have a year-round calendar in lieu of one long summer vacation leaving children no access to free lunch programs. Other chapters throughout the United States will be implemented when we have perfected our San Diego County chapter.

AFCEA - Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association

"Established in 1946 A key AFCEA mission is to encourage students to enter science and engineering educational programs."  Click here for more information.

As the Owner and CEO  of VictorDev I personally served as the organizations Vice President of Information Technology and the IT committee was supported by all of my VictorDev team. We fulfilled every single one of their information technology needs.
Our first of many AFCEA awards

We truly enjoyed contributing to AFCEA's mission and proudly created a website, e-commerce and fresh database driven websites two years in a row for their biggest fund raising yearly event, the C4ISR Symposium. We also served two years in a row on the segregated C4ISR symposium committee where we wore many hats. We donated over 60K in services.

We proudly extended our services and contributed over 2 years time with a total of over 80K of pro-bono IT/IS services in order to assist AFCEA in their advertised quest to raise scholarship monies for its educational programs.

A f C  - Advocates for Change
This organization's purpose is to address and put a stop to bullying and harassment in our public schools via education and action.
We have completed our portion in assisting in the formation of this organization and now Tonya Thompson is doing a wonderful job as the President, she also collects ZERO salary for her efforts.

Our clients can rest assured VictorDev donations to other charities are well spent.

In addition to identifying unaddressed community needs with our own programs we donate our time and expertise to existing charities. Our criteria for donating requires the applicable charity to put into their programs 90% or more of received funds, each organization is evaluated individually.
